1. Delivery Coverage

We currently operate and ship exclusively within Bangladesh. Whether you are in the heart of Dhaka or in a remote area, we’ve got you covered.

2. Shipping Charges

Our shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of the package (up to 1kg).

Inside Dhaka 80 TK
Outside Dhaka 120 TK

Note: For orders exceeding 1kg, additional charges may apply. Our team will contact you if your order requires a shipping adjustment.

3. Delivery Timeline

We know you’re excited to receive your new accessories! That’s why we strive to get your order to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

  • Standard Delivery Time: Within 5 business days nationwide.

  • Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via SMS or email with your tracking details (if applicable) so you can follow your package’s journey.

5. Receiving Your Package

  • Verification: Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate during checkout to avoid delays.

  • Inspection: We recommend inspecting the package upon delivery. If you notice any significant damage to the packaging, please inform the delivery person immediately.

6. Unforeseen Delays

While we aim for a 5-day delivery window, factors like extreme weather, national holidays, or courier disruptions may occasionally cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience in such instances.
